Fair, upfront refunds.

No hidden clauses. Here's exactly when you can get your money back, and how to start the process.

Standard refund windows

  • 7+ days before the event: full refund, no questions asked.
  • Between 7 days and 48 hours: 50% refund, or a free transfer to any other Eventide event of equal or lower value.
  • Within 48 hours: tickets are non-refundable, but always transferable to a friend at no cost.

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled

If the organiser cancels, you'll receive a full refund automatically within 5โ€“10 business days โ€” including the Eventide service fee.

If the event is rescheduled, your ticket is valid for the new date. If you can't make it, you're entitled to a full refund as long as you let us know within 14 days of the new date being announced.

How to request a refund

  1. Open the booking confirmation email.
  2. Tap "Manage booking" and choose "Request refund".
  3. Pick a reason and submit โ€” you'll see your eligible refund amount before confirming.

Refunds return to your original payment method. Card refunds usually arrive within 5โ€“10 business days; wallet refunds are typically instant.

Service fees

The 5% Eventide service fee is refunded on full refunds and on organiser-initiated cancellations. It is not refunded on partial refunds inside the 7-day window.
