Standard refund windows
- 7+ days before the event: full refund, no questions asked.
- Between 7 days and 48 hours: 50% refund, or a free transfer to any other Eventide event of equal or lower value.
- Within 48 hours: tickets are non-refundable, but always transferable to a friend at no cost.
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled
If the organiser cancels, you'll receive a full refund automatically within 5โ10 business days โ including the Eventide service fee.
If the event is rescheduled, your ticket is valid for the new date. If you can't make it, you're entitled to a full refund as long as you let us know within 14 days of the new date being announced.
How to request a refund
- Open the booking confirmation email.
- Tap "Manage booking" and choose "Request refund".
- Pick a reason and submit โ you'll see your eligible refund amount before confirming.
Refunds return to your original payment method. Card refunds usually arrive within 5โ10 business days; wallet refunds are typically instant.
Service fees
The 5% Eventide service fee is refunded on full refunds and on organiser-initiated cancellations. It is not refunded on partial refunds inside the 7-day window.
