The rules of the road.
The agreement between you and Eventide, Inc. when you use the site to discover and book tickets. We've kept it as plain as we could.

1. Who we are
Eventide, Inc. ("Eventide", "we", "us") operates a marketplace that connects event organisers with attendees. When you buy a ticket, your contract for the event itself is with the organiser; your contract for the booking service is with us.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 16 to hold an account.
3. Bookings and payment
Prices shown are inclusive of the Eventide service fee. Taxes are added where applicable and shown clearly before checkout. A booking is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive a confirmation email.
4. Refunds and transfers
Refunds are governed by our refund policy. Transfers are governed by our ticket transfer policy. Both form part of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to scrape content at scale, attempt to bypass security, resell tickets above face value, or create accounts on behalf of automated buyers. We reserve the right to cancel bookings made in breach of these terms.
6. Liability
We're liable to you for foreseeable losses caused by our breaches of these terms. We're not liable for the conduct of an organiser or venue, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes via email or an in-app notice; continued use after that counts as acceptance.
