Pass the ticket along.

Any time between booking and one hour before the event starts. After that, the ticket locks to the most recent holder so the venue can scan it cleanly at the door.

1. Open your booking confirmation email.
2. Tap Transfer ticket. Enter the recipient's name and email address.
3. They'll get a fresh mobile ticket instantly. Your old ticket is automatically invalidated.

You can cancel a pending transfer any time before the recipient accepts it.

Booked more than one ticket? You can transfer them individually — handy when you need to hand off just one seat, keep the others, or split a group booking across a few friends.

Eventide transfers are strictly peer-to-peer. Selling or advertising tickets above face value is against our terms and can void the ticket. If you can't use your ticket and don't know anyone who can, request a refund or a credit instead.
